average stay with a few hiccups

erratic air conditioning thin walls
The room was quite small. A bit disappointing considering what i expected. the air conditioning was also erratic. it kept switching off automatically, so i had to get up several times during the night to turn it back on. plus, the walls seemed thin. I could hear noises from other rooms, disrupting my sleep a bit.

convenient stay near the park

comfortable beds super clean room helpful staff
My room feature comfortable beds and a super clean room. i check in a little earlier, which i very much appreciate. the staff prove polite and helpful. They were excellent. the area is very nice and quiet. It feels very safe. the underground and several restaurants were only a few minutes away.
the room have a pod coffee machine, yet no tea. a kettle provide a much better option for those who want tea. the receptionist apologize during checkout.

excellent experience

fantastic location tube station friendly staff
the location is fantastic, so close to main attractions. hyde park and kensington palace are nearby. two tube stations are just around the corner. the staff is polite, lovely and friendly.
the bedside lights did not work. there were holes in the wall that had not been filled. the carpet was coming up along one wall.

the hotel offers quick check-in and check-out processes. i also saw that a safe area is available for late travel. these amenities add significant value to the guest experience.

The english breakfast included a good selection of items. the staff accommodated dietary needs, like gluten and lactose intolerance. my breakfast was perfect. The staff ensured i had what i needed.

A Nice Stay

new water bottles tube station
The cleaning was very good with new water bottles, biscuits, tea and coffee provided every day. The hotel location has close proximity to two tube stations with access to three tube lines. (So convenient!).
The walls were quite thin. I could hear the man in the room beside me snoring and watching television.

The breakfast included all the elements typical for an English breakfast. They offered tea, coffee, and biscuits in the room, replenished. (I liked that touch!).
